1. No Returns on Frozen Products
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all frozen items including snacks, momos, nuggets, and other ready-to-cook foods are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We recommend checking the product description and quantity carefully before placing your order.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered only in the following scenarios:
